A Reiki session  is a peaceful, restorative experience designed to help you relax and reconnect with your energy. You’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably while gentle hand placements are used to channel healing energy throughout the body.

You may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or simply deep stillness. Each session is unique and guided by your body’s needs. Most clients leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and energetically realigned—often with greater clarity, calm, and ease.
