Workshops
Group breath journeys hold the same trauma-informed container as a private session, with the added benefit of co-creating energy together. You breathe alongside others doing the same work, and you stop being the only one. You still have your own mat, your own pace, and your own permission to rest at any point.
Upcoming
Dates are added as they are scheduled. If nothing is listed above, the next journey has not been set yet. To hear about it first, send a note, or follow Sacred Zenith on Eventbrite.
What to bring
- Yoga mat
- Blanket or comfort item
- Pillow or bolster for comfort
- Water and comfortable clothes you can breathe freely in
Venues do not always provide mats, blankets or pillows, so bring what you need to lie down comfortably for the full session.
If it is your first
No experience is needed and nothing is expected of you. You can keep the breathing gentle the whole way through, and resting is always a complete option. If you would rather start privately, a 1:1 session is the other way in.
Some journeys are held for experienced breathers and run more intense. Those are not suited for beginners, so check the description of each date before booking.
Self regulation
Know when you are at your limit. Be aware of sensations in your body. Keep yourself at the edge but don't overdo it. Self-regulation is key to making the journey therapeutic.
I stay with the room the whole time and will check in with you. Ask for support whenever you want it.
